Provides non-medical in-home care to high-risk patients who have been discharged from the hospital.
In-Hospital Comfort Measures
Provides calendar clocks, visual stimulation, and stuffed animals to alleviate anxiety in patients who may suffer from varying stages of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
Project Prescription and Project Transportation
Provides assistance with medication and transportation for patients who are uninsured or under-insured within the Lexington Health network.
Stop the Bleed® Classes
Provides training for Lexington Health staff and volunteers, with a tourniquet given to class attendees.
