Grant Awarded for Uplift Lexington County Three-Year Project
The Duke Endowment granted $980,000 to bring together those working to improve care for individuals with mental illness in our community, to increase capacity for these organizations, and improve access to mental health care through individual patient support and enhanced partner engagement. The focus is on building a more comprehensive and coordinated framework of care for our community and support for those on the frontlines of this care.

COVID-19 Response Fund Established
This fund met emergency needs during the pandemic, providing crisis counseling services, meals, and care items for our healthcare heroes.

"Serenity Coves" Installed
Places of respite were put in place on the hospital's main campus and multiple network locations, allowing employees to recharge in relaxing, quiet environments and find educational materials to enhance their mental well-being.

Campaign for Clarity Completed
This 3-year campaign backed by $3 million in capital ensured access to 3-D mammography throughout Lexington Health's entire network of care, providing life-saving early detection of breast cancer for our community.

Lifetime Giving Society Established
This society recognizes donors who have cumulatively donated $50,000 or greater, delivering vital resources for countless patients, employees, and community members in need.

Hulon Society Established
This society recognized those who have made a planned gift of $25,000 or greater.

Grant Awarded for Hospital to Home Post-Discharge Program
The Duke Endowment awarded $275,000 for a program providing non-medical, in-home care to help patients be able to fully recover at home. It was so successful in reducing readmissions, the Foundation Board of Directors voted to continue funding the program in keeping with our commitment to compassionate patient care.

This fund offers patients and their families emotional and psychological support through holistic health programs.

This is the perfect forum for physicians to band together for the good of patient care through financial donations.

Crystal Smith Breast Cancer Fund Established
This fund provides essential items and services for breast cancer and mastectomy patients, like post-surgical kits, wigs, mammograms, and critical emergency assistance.

Founder's Society Established
This society improves the health and well-being of the Midlands community through annual contributions of $1,000 or more.

First HOPE Campaign Held
The first employee giving campaign raised $75,000 from 669 employee donors.
